Didn't end up LOVING your Hays Co. Outfitters purchase? We know that sometimes you can change your mind or that it is best to try a different size or style. All items must be returned to us in the condition you received it in. Items must be in their unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached, within 30 days from the payment date.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit:
- Any item that was purchased with a discount code/promotion
- Any item purchased during a flash sale
- Any item purchased during a holiday sale
- Any and all sale items
All items must be returned back to us, within 30 days of being purchased with tags attached and receipt at your expense. We do not pay for the return shipping costs. Any item that does not follow our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.

Holiday Return Policy:
All purchases made between 11/1/19 - 12/24/19 will fall under our holiday return policy. These items must be returned to us on or before our holiday deadline: Tuesday, January 7th, 2020. These items will receive a store credit or an even exchange of product and must be in compliance with our original return policy guidelines (see final sale items above).
