Shipping and Return Policy

ONLINE AND IN STORE RETURNED ITEMS ARE ONLY OFFERED STORE CREDIT.

WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CARD REFUNDS.

Didn't end up LOVING your Hays Co. Outfitters purchase?  We know that sometimes you can change your mind or that it is best to try a different size or style. All items must be returned to us in the condition you received it in. Items must be in their unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, pet-hair free condition with tags attached, within 30 days from the payment date to receive a store credit or exchange. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit:

  • Any item that was purchased with a discount code/promotion
  • Any item purchased during a flash sale
  • Any item purchased during a holiday sale 
  • Any and all sale items
  • Intimates (underwear and swim wear)

RETURNS

All items must be returned back to us, within 30 days of being purchased with tags attached and receipt at your expense. We do not pay for the return shipping costs. Any item that does not follow our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.

Hays Co. Outfitters reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, feel free to call our store (512) 749-1514.

Holiday Return Policy:

All purchases made between 11/1/23-12/5/23 will fall under our holiday return policy. These items must be returned to us on or before our holiday deadline: Friday January 5, 2024. These items will receive a store credit or an even exchange of product and must be in compliance with our original return policy guidelines (see final sale items above).

Domestic Shipping

All packages are shipped through USPS or UPS.  All US shipping addresses are charged a flat rate of $9.95.  Both shipping options come with tracking and standard insurance up to $100.  If you would like to insure your package for more than the standard $100, please let us know and we can add to your invoice for an additional charge.   All purchases are given a tracking number.  An e-mail will be sent with tracking information where shoppers are able to track the packages delivery.  We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.  Actual shipping times will vary.  Please expect an additional 5-7 business days depending on location.  If order is placed on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) the order will be processed on the following Monday.  If order is placed on a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day we are open. 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for local customers.  If in-store pickup is chosen at check out and your order needs to be shipped, we will send you an invoice for the standard shipping charge of $9.95 and will ship as soon as the shipping invoice has been paid.  

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Hays Co. Outfitters is NOT liable for lost or stolen packages and will not offer a refund. 

USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $100 if lost. 

If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, please reach out to us via e-mail, hayscooutfitters@gmail.com so we can help you file a claim.   

ROUTE- Shipping Insurance

We also offer a service called Route that is available to add to your purchase at checkout.  Add Route+ at checkout and unlock full package protection and seamless 1-click claims filing.  Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps, letting you get along with your day.  Pricing for Route starts at $.98.
